“Huh?”  We know, we actually don’t mind. Besides, if that’s what you were planning on doing than obviously it won’t hurt us by helping you.  We weren’t getting your business to begin with if that’s where your mind is set.

Here is what we can do, we can help answer your questions by responding to e-mails.  We can give you suggestion on what we would do and what works best for us.

Here is what you will need for a typical sanding, staining and refinishing.

-Drum or Belt Floor Sander: Cost is about $50-$80 (plus deposits) per day for from a rental.

-Floor Edger: Cost is about $45-$60 (plus deposits) per day from a rental.

-Floor Buffer: Cost is about $50-$80 (plus deposits) per day from a rental.

-Floor Scraper (paint scraper’s fine.) Cost: $7-$12

-Sand Papers for Drum and Edger: Cost $75-$150 all depending on the floors condition and how many sq/ft you have.

-Screens for Buffer: Cost $6-$8 a piece.  This will be needed to buff the floor after all the sanding as well as buffing between coats of polyurethane.

-Stain and Oil or just Oil if you are going natural: Cost $125-$200 for 100-600 sq/ft.

-Wiping Rags (if staining): Cost $20 for 10lb box.

-Miscellaneous items such as brush, applicator and cut in pads: $15-$20
